Breakfast a hotels

Even when I am traveling, I’m conscious of what I’m consuming.
Some hotels have the waffle bar. So, if I’m in a mood for a waffle, a wedge will do me. I do not drown my waffle with the syrup, I just dab the waffle in the syrup for a little sweetness. I make sure I get in my protein from eggs and meat and I add oatmeal to get in my fiber.

Potato chips are my weakness. So, when I get the urge, I slice a potato very thin, sprinkle the potato slices with season salt, spray a plate with non sticking cooking spray and microwave for about 6 minutes. You will be surprised at how crispy they get. They satisfy my craving for a crunchy snack and they have no preservatives.

The label above is for the Nutrition nuts. The calorie and fat count is a little high for nuts; consume them in moderation. Notice how much fiber and protein are in these nuts; that is the key to being satisfied when paired with fresh fruit or veggies.

Peanut butter is a quick protein which can be paired with apples or celery.
The cups are already portioned out for you.
